All clients will receive a report following their initial assessment which details case history, assessment findings and recommendations (included in the cost of initial assessment).

Parents may request additional reports at various times during the therapy process

Short up-date report – £70

This will include up to date assessment results, summary of interventions so far (if appropriate) and recommendations. / current targets.

Detailed report – £150

This will include reason for referral, background history, type of assessments administered, assessment results, detailed account of communication difficulties and recommendations.

EHCP report (current client) – £240

(including 1 hour in clinic assessment time)

EHP report (new clients) – £345
